Today, HSN supplies customers across more than 20 countries worldwide and produces approximately 10 million pairs annually. Through ongoing investment in technology and process optimization, we ensure consistent quality while maintaining a safe, responsible, and efficient production environment.

From yarn selection to final packaging, every stage of production is executed in line with our clients’ exact specifications regarding quality, sizing, design, and presentation. In addition to private-label manufacturing, we develop seasonal collections for brands and retail chains through:

Production Capacity & Capabilities
HSN operates with a monthly production capacity of approximately 800,000 pairs, utilizing state-of-the-art Lonati and Sangiacomo knitting machines. Our advanced equipment includes automatic toe-linking technology, enabling the production of true invisible socks with superior comfort and finishing.
We are also among Turkey’s leading producers of children’s, babies’, and women’s cotton tights. All boarding, finishing, and packaging processes are handled in-house, ensuring full control over quality and consistency.
Our expertise extends to a broad range of accessory and decorative applications, including bows, organza lace, broderie lace, buttons, ABS prints, silicone prints, and other customized details.
